Artisanal Pasta Workshop

Service Description

The workshop lasts approximately 2h and includes the following: - Welcome glass of Italian wine or beer - Demonstration by @franzpizzalux on how to make the perfect fresh pasta at home - Making and stretching your own fresh pasta dough from scratch - Tips on home-baking techniques and the best ingredients to use - My 2 secret recipes for fresh pasta making at home - Tasting session (2 pasta dishes per person) The workshop can be done in English, French or Italian. All included, no need to bring something. Minimum attendance of 6 people at the cooking studio and 8 people at your place. If you have any preference (e.g. fish, meat or vegetables) on the pasta sauce you can just mention it in the comments during the workshop reservation.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a penalty of 50% of the total service amount. Refunds due to minimum workshop attendance not reached might be subject to a refund fee.
