Learn the art of fermentation
FranzPizzaLux was born as Pizza blog in 2018. Founded by Francesco, Neapolitan Pizzaiolo, in a very short time it grew on socials platforms like Instagram and Facebook thanks to delicious home recipes focused on leavened food. In 2019 Francesco decided to host cooking classes in his cooking studio in Differdange in Luxembourg teaching how to make perfect Neapolitan style pizza at home or how to grow a sourdough starter to make bread. Today it also does catering events and professional consulting for restaurants and pizzerias. During some period of the year it also open the cooking studio doors to sell seasonal products like the artisanal Panettone during Christmas.
